I tried this product and it does do what it says. It will work your abs and the product is very low cost. The thing that is not good about the product is that it takes batteries and the batteries go out after about 4 uses. However the low cost of the product makes the product worth the value. This product would be good for someone that has never tried an ab belt but doesn't want to risk putting about about $80-$100 on an expensive ab belt.
The reason I gave this product a 3 out of 5 is because it does serve a good purpose. I personally started off with this ab belt before moving up to the more expensive models. I was curious if an ab belt would work and this was the first very inexpensive one I tried. If you take care of it the device should last you and if you can get batteries cheap somewhere it is a good product for the money.
